10 kg Neumärker Crêpes Ready Mix makes approx. 400 crepes.

Preparation:
1 kg Neumärker Crêpes Ready Mix + 1.66 liters water + 170 ml oil. Mix the water and oil, add the mixture gradually and mix to a smooth batter. Bake for approx. 30 seconds at 230ºC.

Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, whey powder (MILK), sugar, Hen’s EGG powder, dried glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, raising agents (E450, E500), salt, flavouring (contains WHEAT), WHEAT malt flour, flour treatment agent (E300), enzymes.
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten (RYE, BARLEY, OATS, SPELT, KAMUT).
